FMPHost sends your nightly backups to an off-server destination that you choose. Here is how to connect each supported option.
Dropbox
- In your FMPHost dashboard, go to Backup Settings
- Click Connect Dropbox
- Sign in with your Dropbox account and grant access when prompted
- Backups will be stored in a dedicated FMPHost Backups folder in your Dropbox
Google Drive
- In your FMPHost dashboard, go to Backup Settings
- Click Connect Google Drive
- Sign in with your Google account and grant access when prompted
- Backups will appear in a dedicated folder in your Google Drive
SFTP
- In your FMPHost dashboard, go to Backup Settings
- Select SFTP as your destination type
- Enter your SFTP server hostname, port, username, password, and destination path
- Click Test Connection to verify everything is working, then save
Nextcloud Office (FMPHost-hosted)
- Make sure you have an active Nextcloud Office subscription with FMPHost
- In Backup Settings, select Nextcloud — your account details will be pre-populated automatically
- Save to confirm
