In order for us to do that, please provide the following information so we can investigate and repair any issues in a timely manner:
1) The email address you have registered with us
2) The hostname of the server your databases are on (i.e. n316.fmphost.com)
3) A detailed description of the issue and how you are trying to connect to your databases (FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Go, a web browser, or some other manner)
Having this information upfront will streamline the recovery process as we don't need to spend additional time requesting it of you.
