The FileMaker Server Admin Console is your control panel for managing hosted databases, schedules, users, and server settings.

How to open it

Navigate to the following URL in your browser, replacing your-hostname with the hostname from your welcome email:

https://your-hostname.fmphost.com:16000/admin-console

Default credentials

• Username: admin
• Password: set during your account setup

Locked out or forgot your password?

Open a support ticket and we can reset your Admin Console password for you quickly. We can also set up a self-service password rotation button in your dashboard if you prefer.

Important: If you ever change your Admin Console password, be sure to update the matching password in your FMPHost dashboard as well. The dashboard uses those credentials to display your live server status, and a mismatch will cause the dashboard to show your server as offline even when it is running normally.
